New Hatha Yoga Term Begins

The new term begins this Sunday, 9th January, at The Center for Planetary Healing in Portobello, 6.00 till 7.30pm.  I am looking forwards to a New Year in this lovely venue and all the new faces and yoga adventures it will bring.

    Kristina is a Yoga teacher and artist who lives in Braunton, North Devon with her husband, two children and a cat. 
    Kristina trained with Yoga Scotland/BWY (500h training) in 2012, whilst living in Edinburgh and has since qualified as a specialist in children's yoga and pregnancy and post natal yoga.  After moving to Devon, Kristina has worked within local children's centers and with Active Devon to bring classes to those who would not usually be able to access them.
